Screw Conveyor with Scoop
The screw conveyors in this version are designed for transporting bulk materials, which can be collected using a scoop either directly or from piles, tanks, etc.
These conveyors are commonly used in:
- Agriculture
- Warehouses
- Feed production facilities
- Animal farming
They are particularly useful for:
- Emptying flat-bottom silos
- Unloading trailers without tilting
The conveyor is available in lengths from 4 to 12 meters with diameters of 125, 150, 200, and 250 mm.
The transport capacity can be adjusted using a pipe shutter.
The discharge height is manually adjustable using a crank, with a gear ratio designed for easy and safe lifting and lowering of the conveyor.
The chassis is made of robust steel profiles, enhancing stability and reducing the impact of vibrations from the rotating screw on the overall structure.
For durability and safe operation, we have not forgotten the importance of mobility.
The conveyor is equipped with large front wheels for easy movement.
The motor is positioned near the discharge end, and the lightweight construction allows for manual lifting using a handle, making it easy to transport anywhere.

Ordering Information
When placing an order, please refer to the conveyor symbol, e.g., 250/10-12/OC, where:
- 250 indicates the diameter of the conveyor tube in mm
- 10 represents the minimum conveyor length in meters
- 12 is the maximum operating length of the conveyor
The 12 m length can be achieved by purchasing an additional extension segment.
- OC = Hot-dip galvanized conveyor
- If there is no additional marking, it indicates a top drive system with material intake via a scoop.
