Screw Conveyor with Hopper
This type of screw conveyor is ideal for applications where grain must be collected from a low level, transported, and discharged at a specific height. It can be collected directly using an intake hopper or from a pile.
The conveyors are used in agriculture, warehouses, by feed manufacturers, and animal breeders.
These types of screw conveyors are particularly suitable for emptying flat-bottom silos, tanks, flat storage facilities, or unloading trailers without the need for tipping.
The conveyors are available in lengths ranging from 4 to 12 meters and diameters of 125, 150, 200, and 250 mm. The feed volume can be smoothly adjusted using a tubular shutter.
The discharge height is adjustable using a crank and a wire rope winch mounted on the conveyor’s chassis. The gear ratio is selected to ensure relatively easy and safe raising and lowering of the discharge.
The chassis is made of wide steel profiles appropriately sized to match the conveyor’s dimensions. It ensures both safety and stability during operation.
Considering durability and user safety, the conveyor also remains highly mobile. As a standard feature, the front part of the chassis is equipped with large-diameter wheels. The placement of the motor at the discharge end, combined with the conveyor’s overall light weight, allows for easy manual lifting using a handle and effortless transport to any location, taking advantage of its high maneuverability.

Key Features of the Screw Conveyor:
- High real transport efficiency – up to 8, 15, 30, and 50 t/h;
- Adjustable discharge height using a crank, based on a winch system integrated into the chassis;
- Modular design, available in lengths from 4 to 12 meters, assembled from 1 m and 2 m extension segments;
- The screw is supported by bearings in each segment (every 2 meters), which significantly enhances the device’s durability, extends the lifespan of support bearings, stiffens the external tube, and ensures quiet operation;
- The conveyor can operate and be stored outdoors – hot-dip galvanized with a thick protective coating and an aesthetically glossy surface;
- Large wheels suitable for any type of terrain;
- Adapted for loading grain silos through an opening in the top cover;
- Low purchase and operating costs, high mobility, and versatility compared to other transport devices.

When ordering, please refer to the conveyor symbol, e.g., 250/10-12/OC, where:
- 250 indicates the diameter of the conveyor tube in mm,
- 10 is the minimum conveyor length in meters,
- 12 is the maximum working length (achieved by purchasing an additional extension segment),
- OC means hot-dip galvanized conveyor.
Lack of additional markings indicates an upper drive system with material intake via an intake hopper.
